Petstrap is up to 80% lighter than steel reducing freight costs and storage space. It’s manufactured using up to 100% polyester post consumer waste from our own recycling plant where we clean, wash, chop and pelletise material to the highest standards. Petstrap is also very easy to store in chopped form after use ready for further recycling.

Strapping materials are used primarily for bundling products together and securing pallet loads during transport and storage. When used for palletizing, it is often complemented with the additional security of stretch warp.

Begin tensioning the strapping to the desired. Level place the seal open side down over both ends of the strapping. Close the nose of the sealer around the seal and crimp tightly around the strapping.

After a cardboard box has been sealed with tape, even if it is a sturdy cardboard box, strapping can be applied to secure it fully. It wraps all the way around the parcel and the join is bonded or welded together to provide a tight strong seal that can’t easily be broken.
